This is a $150/ea ancillary service, and it is NOT included in the regular “Contract to Close” transaction management service.
You will be invoiced at the time the draft is completed, and we can continue to tweak it for you upon request.
Please note: it takes time and resources (and time away from other projects) to plan/fulfill these MLS requests - especially if it's a rush order. Prompt payment (within 24 hours) upon invoice is expected. If we do not receive prompt payment for this service, we may not be able to offer it to you in the future.

The most popular service - "Transaction Management" - starts at $400 per transaction at this time.
If the property does not close, the service is not invoiced. The other more creative services like consultations and graphic design are structured to the clients' needs, and will vary depending on the scope of the project. -
Individualized calendar which can be uploaded into GoogleCal or iCal. This is ONE calendar, and will automatically sync the important dates for ALL of your transactions, and will be auto-adjusted as addendums, etc may change dates.
Individualized email signature that aceADMIN will use for your transactions, promoting your personal brand/brokerage.
Email intro for all professional parties with dates and contact info, so all parties are on the same page from the word GO.
Retrieval and relay of: USPS Address Change instructions, Utilities list.
Eyes, pokes, and prods for: earnest money/escrow, important approaching contract dates, lending process is under way (appraisal updates, clearing conditions, etc), reminders, final readings and prorations, and more.
Additional leverage, support, resource, and reminders.
Uploading and organizing documents for your brokerage's compliance systems so you can get paid timely (Skyslope, etc).
Review requests to clients with you BCC’ed when the property closes.
New Year emails to past clients with closing doc from previous year (for Tax Season, acts as extra touch point for the Realtor).

This service begins when we receive a fully executed offer, and it ends when the property is closed. The service fee is invoiced after the property successfully closes.

Venmo, PayPal, major credit cards, ACH/Bank. We use a combination of QuickBooks and Venmo for our invoicing. Our clients who spend $600(+) on our services will receive a tax form at the end of the year so they can claim aceADMIN's support as an expense.

Actually, the contrary. As a licensed REALTOR®, Justine is bound by a code of ethics. She will not be acting as a fiduciary for your buyer/seller clients, she will simply be acting in a ministerial, administrative capacity. aceADMIN is her brain child, and she founded this company as it better aligns with her strengths and interests. If it makes you feel more comfortable, she is open to signing confidentiality agreements (like NDA's), etc.

Additional systems we are familiar with: Airtable, Zoom, GoogleMeet, ConstantContact, Quickbooks, GoogleDrive (and all of Google Business Suite), Trello, Squarespace, Google MyBusiness, Zillow, Realtor.com, kvCORE, PropertyWare.
